ABOUT ME

I’m an architectural designer with over 20 years of experience in residential design. Now based in Scotland,

I help homeowners bring new life to their homes through thoughtful extensions, conversions and alterations. I believe good design comes from communication with the client. Architecture should reflect the people who live in it — their routines, values, and vision for the future.

My approach is calm, collaborative and personal. I work closely with each client to shape modern, livable spaces that are simple, beautiful and suited to everyday life — using materials that are natural, sustainable and local whenever possible.

"Designing homes that live with you — naturally, timelessly."

International practice — 2015

This project combines the reconstruction of an existing brewery building with the addition of a new office extension. The architectural approach emphasises dynamic forms, clean lines, and a bold material palette that reinterprets the industrial heritage of the site. STAGES & PRICING

WhatsApp Image 2025-06-07 at 15.35.34.jpeg

With over 20 years of experience in architecture and interior design — and a deep understanding of both traditional and contemporary contexts — I offer more than just technical drawings. Every project, whether large or small, is approached as a creative collaboration. Together with my clients, we shape spaces that reflect their lives, values, and dreams.

I work closely with private homeowners, helping them understand what’s possible — even if they’re not quite sure where to start. Often, people don’t know exactly what they need until we explore it together through the design process.

Below is a simple overview of how a typical domestic project unfolds. At every stage, I make sure you know exactly what to expect — what I’ll be doing, and what I’ll need from you.

  • Stage Objective:
Detailed design — to develop the full technical documentation of the project in preparation for tendering. This includes producing all necessary drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure the project can be accurately priced and effectively delivered by contractors.

  • Stage Objective:
Conceptual design — to develop a clear and thoughtful plan and external appearance of the future building or extension, based fully on your wishes and requirements. At this stage, we focus on shaping the overall vision, style, and layout that reflect your needs, lifestyle, and preferences. We aim to create a design concept that not only fits the site and surroundings but also resonates with your personal taste and aspirations.
